FIELD: electronics; protection of persons against electromagnetic radiation.
SUBSTANCE: device has first substrate that carries square matrix. The latter has set of similar squares each being, essentially, central part of fractal structure symmetrical relative to center, its fractal level M being minimum three. Second substrate is placed under first one and carries structure that has eight similar circles crossing center-of-matrix location with centers of every two adjacent circles equally spaced apart, four of them being disposed at points of intersection of matrix sides. Formed on substrate is group of squares; sides of first square coincide with matrix sides, those of second one cross corners of first square, and sides of third square cross corners of second one, and also set of equal squares with same center, each being turned relative to its equal square through 45 deg. Structures are formed on substrates by lines of crystalline lattice material and electrically insulated from one another.
EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities.
