FIELD: optics. SUBSTANCE: proposed electrically tunable optical filter can be employed in the capacity of multichannel spectrum analyzer for optical or SH frequencies, for demultiplexing or multiplexing of radiation beam and for control over length of wave in tunable laser positioned on same crystal of integrated circuit. Device for space division of frequency components in initial radiation beam incorporates aid 40 to split initial radiation beam into assemblage of secondary radiation beams, array 41 of electrooptical waveguides. Each waveguide includes line 43 of optical delay with proper time of optical delay. Device also has aid 42 for application of variable electric field to each waveguide in such manner that change of electric field can be executed by change of phase of secondary radiation beams 45 transmitted through each waveguide. Device can also include aid for HF modulation of initial radiation beam, waveguides produced from gallium arsenide (GaAs) which change their electrooptical characteristics under effect of electric field.
