SUBSTANCE: method provides considering the age, education, smoking, obesity (OB), hypercholesteremia (HCS), salt abuse, Quetelet body weight index: normal (NBW), overweight (OWT), waist circumference (WC), waist-to-hip ratio (WHR), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL cholesterol) and atherogenicity index (AI), hypertriglyceridemia (HTG), hyperuricemia, social factors: marital status, income and genetic markers: blood group, Rh rhesus and MN. A prognostic coefficient (PC) is scored for each factor. If the PC value is (+6) points and more, a predisposition to the development of arterial hypertension in Tubalars, an ethnic group native to the Altai region is predicted.

EFFECT: using the declared method enables detecting the risk of the development of AH earlier before the target organs are involved, and persistent hypertensive disease is formed.
