FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: one should conduct brachial osteotomy at surgical collum level at external rotation and medialization of brachial diaphysis for 0.5-1.0 cm, and shoulder's lengthening for 1.0-1.5 cm. Then shoulder should be fixed with apparatus of external fixation. Active physical therapy (PT) for keeping movements in brachial articulation should be performed since the 2nd d after operation to prevent relapse of dislocation. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
