FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing 200 ml of heparinized autoplasma before onset of chemotherapy course and in its stages. Autoplasma is frozed at t = -18 C, defrosted at t = +6 C and formed cryoprecipitate is removed by cryoplasma filtration followed by reinfusion of autoplasma in patient. Total course is 2-5 operations with interval for 2-3 days. Invention provides reduction of frequency and expression of toxic responses for chemotherapy in oncological patients and can be used for reduction of toxicity of chemotherapy of malignant tumors.
