FIELD: making articles from composition materials.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises pressure-tightness test of the flexible diaphragm that is mounted inside the housing of the hydroclave. The mandrel with a composition material is mounted within the flexible diaphragm that is tightly connected with the flange of the housing of hydroclave. The space between the inner side of the hydroclave housing and flexible diaphragm is pressurized. When the flexible diaphragm is set in the top position, its pressure-tightness is tested. The excess pressure is then relieved, and, when the flexible diaphragm returns to its initial position, the space between the inner side of the hydroclave housing and flexible diaphragm is evacuated. The mandrel with a composition material is mounted in the flexible diaphragm and lid is set.
EFFECT: simplified method and reduced labor consumption.
