SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of aminophenylketone of the formula (I): where R means phenyl substituted with C1-C6-alkyl; R1 means hydrogen atom; X means -(CH2)3- Y, cyclopropyl or tetrahydro-2-oxo-3-furoyl; Y means chlorine, bromine atom or hydroxy-group or its acid-additive salt. Compounds of the formula (I) are intermediate substances for semiorder of compounds. For example, method of synthesis of compound of the formula (A): involves interaction of compound of the formula (B): with compound of the formula (C): in the presence of a base and organic solvent to yield mixture including compound of the formula (E): , isolation of compound (E) by hydrolysis or crystallization; interaction of compound (E) with concentrated HCl in the presence of organic solvent to yield compound of the formula (F): , treatment of compound (F) with a base aqueous solution at enhanced temperature; isolation of compound of the formula (G): where radicals R and R1 in formulas E, F, G are determined in claim 1; treatment of compound (G) with strong acid and isolation of compound of the formula (H): and interaction of compound of the formula (H) with HCl to yield compound of the formula (A).
