where R2 represents hydrogen atom, C1-6-alkyl group or C1-6-halide alkyl group and substituent Z represents halide atom. Compound of the formula (II) Az-CCl3 (II) where Az means the above given value is subjected for interaction with acid of the formula (III) R1-X-OH (III) where R1 represents C1-6-alkyl group or C1-6-halide alkyl group and X represents CO or SO2 yielding acid chloride that can be distilled off under reduced pressure in the presence of acid catalyst, for example, sulfuric acid, FeCl3 and ZnCl2. Invention provides preparing acid chloride compounds of the formula (I) with high yield, not a long time of reaction without use of solvents and without any ecological problems.
