FIELD: recovery of domestic, industrial, medical, and other solid wastes. SUBSTANCE: plant has charging device, gasifying chamber with outlet holes for gaseous products, afterburner, waste intake container, device for discharging gaseous products of recovery process, and combustion chambers of which one is disposed in bottom part of afterburner tangentially to outer surface of its working space, other combustion chambers being disposed in bottom part of gasifying chamber along radius to center of chamber and communicating with outlet holes for gaseous products of gasifying chamber. Afterburner encloses drying area and gasifying-chamber pyrolysis area whose bottom part is arranged in case to form annular space communicating with inner space of gasifying chamber and with gaseous-product outlet holes. Combustion chambers are mounted along radius to center of gasifying chamber between case and afterburner.
