FIELD: cavitation-type heat producers for heating water or other liquids and for heating premises. SUBSTANCE: heat-generating plant has at least one hydraulic circulation circuit incorporating at least one heat-transfer apparatus as well as pump and hydraulic heat generator intercommunicating in series, swirl chamber being installed between hydraulic heat generator outlet and pump; peripheral region of swirl chamber communicates with pump inlet and central one, with hydraulic heat generator outlet; pump outlet tangentially communicates in addition through flow control device with swirl chamber. EFFECT: facilitated control and enhanced efficiency of heat-transfer process in circulation circuit within wire range of temperatures and pressures. 5 cl, 3 dwg
