SUBSTANCE: device includes a sampling device installed in the main pipeline, a bypass line from the main pipeline, a sampling element for automatic sampling, a dispersant, a sampling element for manual sampling, a sampler. The bypass line is connected in series with the sampling device. In this case, the dispersant and a sampling element for manual sampling are installed behind the sampling element for automatic sampling along the flow path of the bypass line from the main pipeline from the condition of increasing the differential head on the sampling element for automatic sampling. When the sampling device is simultaneously a sampling pipe for automatic sampling, the dispersant at the sampling site is set from the condition of increasing the differential head on the sampling device. The dispersant is used as an element to increase the differential head on the sampling element for automatic sampling. The dispersant is carried out with a variable cross-sectional configuration along the flow path, provided that in the horizontal part of the pipeline the average width of the pipeline internal cross-section in the horizontal plane is less than the average height of the pipeline internal cross-section in the vertical plane, and in the vertical part of the pipeline, so that the cross-section area of the passage decreases along the flow direction. The sampling device with the main pipeline is strapped by means of a bypass line from the main pipeline. The part of the flow of the main pipeline is pumped under the influence of excess pressure through the sampling device and a bypass line connected in series with the main pipeline. The bypass line from the main pipeline is connected with an automatic sampler channel and a sampling element. A dispersant and a sampling element are installed for manual sampling for the sampling element for automatic sampling along the flow path of the bypass line from the main pipeline. The strapping of the elements is performed from the condition of increasing the differential head in the channel connecting the bypass line from the main pipeline with the automatic sampler, in comparison with the differential head created due to the velocity head of the flow of the bypass line from the main pipeline or due to the velocity head of the main pipeline flow. Sampling is carried out by an automatic sampler from this channel. Manual sampling is carried out from the flow of the bypass line from the main pipeline. The strapping of the elements is performed with the formed transformation of the cross-section of the flow or its part at the sampling site.
EFFECT: high accuracy with quantitative and qualitative accounting of fluid pumped through the pipeline, conducted on a set of parameters.
