FIELD: metallurgy, instrumentation, mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: procedure establishing deformation of welds under bending of precision welded structures by base dimensions between test imprints on ring specimens consists in pulse laser welding, in measurement of base dimensions between test imprints before and after cutting. Pulse laser welding is conducted in springy part of ring along line of crossing of ring surface and its symmetry plane. Springy part of ring is cut along its symmetry plane by electric erosion method. Deformation is established by change of base dimension between test imprints by calculation. EFFECT: expanded application field of procedure with simultaneous provision for high measurement precision. 1 dwg
