SUBSTANCE: light-emitting device built around semiconductor light-emitting chips and designed for radiating in both visible and infrared ranges of spectrum has holder with external leads that mounts chips emitting light in visible range of spectrum; newly introduced in device are at least chips emitting light in infrared range of spectrum, insulating plate, and frigistor; chips emitting light in infrared range of spectrum, chips emitting light in visible range of spectrum, and thermistor are mounted on insulating plate which is disposed on frigistor coupled with holder. In addition light-emitting device has cover with outlet window connected to holder through sealed joint. External leads are made in the form of printed- circuit board.
