FIELD: telecommunications. SUBSTANCE: system which controls workload reads call bill files which are received from commutation centers of mobile network, processes information and produces hierarchical charts on map image, which is updated dynamically upon arrival of call bill data from commutation centers. Control system also monitors workload of cells and has counting unit, which counts number of calls in each cell of network, and graphical user interface. Goal of invention is achieved by generation of call bills within given time intervals in commutation centers using operators, transmission of said fields to workload control system for their processing, adding fields of identifiers in each cell in database, displaying number of calls in hierarchical chart. EFFECT: facilitated monitoring of workload due to visual representation of traffic intensity and its changes in almost real time mode. 13 cl, 4 dwg, 1 tbl
