FIELD: agriculture, fodder production. SUBSTANCE: method deals with preparing fodders for poultry, domestic animals, cattle, and fish, as well. This method could be, also, applied to produce human food concentrates. The method includes prolonged mechanical mixing of reduced raw material with enzymatic preparations at temperatures and pH for the preparation to demonstrate its activity, at raw material moisture being not less than natural one and not higher than that value when it looses its friability, for the period of time to achieve desired degree of raw material modification. Moreover, fermentative raw material treatment could be carried out in one or more stages by applying different enzymatic preparations by adding water in one or more stages, at thermal inactivation of enzymes after raw material treatment. The method enables to obtain ready-to-use product without any operations for wetting raw material and drying the product at product's higher quality.
