SUBSTANCE: fodder production. The use of this feed additive is acceptable for use in calves as a protein component. Rapeseed meal pre-moistened to 20% is extruded at a temperature of 124°C for 1 minute with a passage through the die of 30 mm, cooling is carried out to 30-35°C, grinding by crushing with a passage through a mesh with a mesh diameter of 3 mm. Then 10-12% of the daily liquid seed Lactobacillus plantarum with a titer of at least 1*1012CFU/ml, 0.2-0.3% of a freeze-dried culture of Saccharomyces cerevisiae with a titer of at least 1*1010CFU/g and enzyme drugs: 100 units/kg of protease, 35000 units/kg of xylanase, 50000 units/kg of cellulase, 7000 units/kg of glucanase, 400 units/kg of α-galactosidase and 150 units/kg of phytase. Carry out anaerobic solid-phase fermentation at 37°C for 72 hours with a layer height of 90 cm, drying the finished product at a temperature of 80-85°C. The feed protein supplement is easily digestible, characterized by the almost complete absence of anti-nutritional substances, the content of lactic acid is 3-5%, with an increased protein content by 5% or more, due to which the feed intake by animals and birds increases.

EFFECT: resulting feed additive based on rapeseed meal can be used in the preparation of complete feed for cattle, poultry, pigs, and aquaculture objects.
