Abstract RU 2201893 C2

FIELD: aerospace industry, semiconductor technique. SUBSTANCE: continuous carbon threads are impregnated with carbon-containing polymeric binding agent taken in the amount 2-30 wt.%. Using the loom for volume weaving truncated cones are made from threads envelope. Binding threads Ural H-22 exhibit linear density 205 tex and modulus of elasticity 59-94 GPa. In tangential direction and along the forming surface of reinforcement carbon threads UKN-5000 with linear density 390 tex and UKN-2500 with linear density 208 tex are used and modulus of elasticity of these threads is 173-247 GPa and the volume binding thread part is 0.15-0.30. The prepared frames are placed into furnace, pyrocarbon matrix is precipitated by isothermal method with the simultaneous carbonization of the binding agent. The prepared composite material comprises the carbon matrix of gas-phase precipitation containing 2-30 wt.% of coke of the carbonized binding agent. Binding threads form angles 40-50 deg with threads disposed in planes of axis section along the forming surface. Values of strength bending in tangential direction, along the forming surface and for shift are 1980248, 96.8-117 and 64.3-85.2 MPa, respectively.
