FIELD: aerospace industry, semiconductor technique. SUBSTANCE: continuous carbon threads are impregnated with carbon-containing polymeric binding agent in the amount 2-30 wt.%. Using the loom for volume weaving thin-walled envelopes as truncated cones are made. In tangential direction of reinforcement threads with maximal value of elasticity modulus 173-247 GPa are disposed. The linear density values of threads UKN-5000 and UKN-2500 are 390 and 208 tex, respectively. Thread Ural H-22 with linear density value 205 tex and elasticity modulus value 59-94 GPa is used as binding threads and threads along the forming surface. Carbon threads with minimal value of the elasticity modulus are disposed in planes of the axis section material and they form inter-angles 80-100°. Pyrocarbon matrix is precipitated on prepared carcasses at 950 ± 20 C under pressure 6-12 mm of mercury column in atmosphere of inert gas and carbon-containing binding agent is subjected for carbonization simultaneously to yield coke that forms matrix with pyrocarbon. Bending strength values of articles in tangential direction, along the forming and shift strength are 201-245, 97.0-115 and 65.2-80.3 MPa, respectively. Invention can be used in making construction articles as thin-walled envelopes and articles for nanotechnology. EFFECT: improved quality and properties of material. 1 dwg, 1 tbl, 2 ex
