FIELD: measurement technology, vibration-acoustic testing of current technical state of operational rotor technological equipment. SUBSTANCE: input circuits of facility are fitted with synchronization pickup in addition to vibration transducer. Measurement unit of facility includes amplitude selector of pulses of envelope of vibration signal, master aid of discrete levels of test of amplitudes of pulses of envelope of vibration signal, recorder of number of equidimensional pulses of impacts in each specified interval of two selection levels, recorder of time intervals between arrivals of two adjacent equidimensional pulses of impacts. Technical result of invention lies in determination of function of density of distribution of probabilities of pulse repetition frequency of impacts by their amplitudes and of function of density of distribution of probability of interval duration between equidimensional pulses of impacts measured in points of coordinate plane of distribution of averaged frequency of their repetition by amplitudes. This facility allows nature of occurrence of impact phenomena to be brought out, intensity of their development to be observed to ensure timely forestalling of emergency situations in operation of rotor technological equipment.
