FIELD: pharmacy, biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention describes four variants of pharmaceutical compositions. Composition comprises pyranone compound as pharmaceutically active agent, basic amine taken in the amount from about 0.1% to about 10% of total weigh of composition, one or some pharmaceutically acceptable solvents and one or some pharmaceutically acceptable non-ionogenic surface-active substances. Pyranone compound is inhibitor of retrovirus protease. Composition can comprise additionally one or some pharmaceutically acceptable oils. Composition is in the form of self-emulsifying composition and provides high concentration and high oral availability of lipophilic compounds of pyranone.
