FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of hydroxamic acid of the formula (I) where X means -CH2-, -NR5-, -C(O); Y means -CH2-, -NR5- under condition that if X means -NR5- then Y means -CH2-; R1 means H, C1-C20-alkyl, -(CH2)j-aryl, -(CH2)j-cycloalkyl and others; R2 means H, C1-C20-alkyl, -(CH2)j -R8, -(CH2)j-NR6R7, -(CH2)j-NR5-;-C(O)R5 and others; R3 means H, C1-C6-alkyl, -(CH2)j-aryl, -(CH2)j-C3-6-cycloalkyl and others; R5 means H, C1-C6-alkyl possibly substituted with 1-3 halogen atoms and others; R6 and R7 are similar or distinct and mean H, C1-C6-alkyl and others; R8 means -S-R8 and others; R9 is halogen atom, C1-C6-alkyl and others; R10 is H, aryl-phenyl possibly substituted one; Het is pyridinyl, thienyl and others; i = 1-6; j = 0-4. Compounds of the formula (I) inhibit metalloproteinase matrix excess that ensures to use their in pharmaceutical composition. EFFECT: new compounds indicated above, valuable medicinal properties. 14 cl, 1 tbl, 9 dwg, 209 ex
