SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel pyrimido[4,5-b]indoles of the general formula (I) or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts that can be used in treatment and/or prophylaxis of asthma and to intermediate compounds used for their synthesis. Indicated compounds are nontoxic substances. In pyrimido[4,5-b]indoles of the general formula (I) R_1-1 and R_1-2 in common with nitrogen atom bound with its form 1-pyrrolidinyl; R_2-1 and R_2-2 in common with nitrogen atom bound with its form 1-pyrrolidinyl; n means a number from 1 to 3; R_3-1 means H and R_3-2 means (1) H; (2) CH₂-(2-pyridyl); (3) CH₂-(3-pyridyl); (4) CH₂-(4-pyridyl); (5) -(CH₂)-[CH(OH)]₄-CH₂OH; (6) CH₂CH₂CH₂CH₂OH; or R_3-1 and R_3-2 in common with nitrogen atom bound with its form heterocyclic ring taken among (1)1-pyrrolidinyl, (2)1-piperidinyl, (3)4-morpholinyl, (4)2-hydroxy-1-pyrrolidinyl, (5)3-hydroxy-1-pyrrolidinyl, (6)1-prolinyl.
