FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has syringe with liquid introducing pipe and syringe with liquid suction pipe. Cylinders of syringes are mounted on single support in axially aligned relation to one another and their conical parts are facing one another. Stems of pistons are interconnected by means of rigid member for simultaneous movement of pistons and for movement thereof in opposite directions. Cylinders of syringes are attached to support by means of members made in the form of draw bars provided with projections having openings for passage of single rod. Ends of rod are formed as cranks joined to ends of stems and pistons. Length of rod exceeds total length of syringes with cones, gap therebetween and length of one piston stem. Apparatus is preferably used in neurosurgery for treating patients with abscesses, chronic hematoma and other brain pathology. EFFECT: increased treating efficiency by eliminating hydraulic pressure differences in organism cavity through providing simultaneous injection and suction in equal volumes of liquid into and from organ cavity. 2 dwg, 2 ex
