SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of cyclic peptides of the general formula (I): cyclo-(Arg-X-Asp-R¹) where X means Gly, Ala; R¹ means residue of the formula (II): ; R², R³ mean hydrogen atom; R⁴ = R⁵ and mean Ar or R⁴-Ar where R⁵ means alkylene-(C₁-C₆); Ar means unsubstituted phenyl; or R⁴ means A where A is (C₁-C₆)-alkyl. In the case of residues of optically active amino acids indicated compounds comprise both D- and L-forms and their salts also. Invention relates also to method of their synthesis and pharmaceutical composition showing capacity to inhibit integrin activity and containing compound of the formula (I) as an active component.
