SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with carrying out radionuclide angiopulmonography in rest and at the background of pharmacological tests with peripheral vasodilators. Moreover, as a radiopharmpreparation it is possible to apply 99mTc-diethylene triaminopentaacetate. One should successively conduct the series of pharmacological tests at intravenous form of enalaprilate and sublingual form of nifedipin. At increase value of blood shunting at the background of enalaprilate case being >0.1 against the initial one and modal arterial time at the background of nifedipin case being >10% one should predict the flow of pulmonary hypertension to be favorable, and at simultaneous absence of alterations in these values against their initial data the prediction is considered to be unfavorable.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.
