FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining optical density of myocardium area using densitometry approach. Measurements are taken below the places the coronary arteries become narrower as A- value before introducing contrasting substance into the coronary arteries and as B-value after the injection before the contrasting substance reaches the coronary artery sinus. B-A difference being found greater than 0.1, is interpreted as sufficient perfusion case, otherwise reduced perfusion is considered to be the case. EFFECT: high accuracy of evaluation.
