FIELD: medicine, cardiosurgery. SUBSTANCE: in patients with ischemic cardiac disease one should measure myocardial circulation at both anterior and posterior surfaces of left ventricle and at anterior surface of right ventricle. Simultaneously, one should determine oxygenation of venous blood from coronary sinus. Moreover, measurement of myocardial circulation and determination of blood oxygenation should be carried out both before and after myocardial revascularization operation. The method offers an opportunity to evaluate efficiency of revascularization intraoperationally and predict functional myocardial possibilities after operation. EFFECT: higher efficiency of evaluation. 4 ex, 4 tbl
