FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: when manufacturing a valve-containing conduit, its tubular body is obtained by cutting off a chemically stabilized venous vessel followed by longitudinal dissection of the wall and then cross-cutting the expanded vessel into two rectangular parts 2 and 3. Then, at least one arcuate recess is provided at the end of the first vessel part 2, which is oriented with a recess along the longitudinal axis of the vessel, corresponding to the direction of the elastic and collagen fibers of the middle shell. The second part 3 of the vessel is rotated by 90° with respect to the longitudinal axis of the first part 2, and at least one arcuate protrusion is provided on its lateral edge. At least one arcuate protrusion is oriented along the longitudinal axis of the first part of the vessel and across the direction of the elastic and collagen fibers of the middle shell of the second part 3 of the vessel. From a separate tissue flap, a preform of at least one valve flap 4 is cut, having at least one arcuate protrusion that is stitched together with at least one arcuate protrusion of the second part 3 on the endothelial side, with capture of all layers of tissue. The second part 3 of the vessel is sutured on the adventitia side with the first part 2 of the vessel with simultaneous formation of sinuses and commissures, and then both parts are sutured into a tube.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides adequate blood flow in the valve-containing conduit in the pressure ranges developed by the heart ventricles, reduces the risk of valve area dilatation and significant regurgitation on the valve while maintaining conduit walls elasticity for convenience of its positioning and implantation.
