A method for manufacturing an allogeneic valve-containing conduit of the ascending aorta, including its treatment with 1% polar sodium dodecyl sulfate with continuous stirring in a rotary shaker mode at a speed of 20-30 rpm for 60 minutes at a temperature of 18-22°C, supercritical extraction in a dynamic mode in the presence of a solution of 1.5% Tween 80 in 20% aqueous ethanol. The allogeneic valve-containing conduit of the ascending aorta is a completely devitalized aortic trunk with a rich annulus fibrosus, contains a full-fledged functioning aortic tricuspid valve with devitalized leaflets, while its seating size can be 3-6 mm larger than the passage opening, depending on the consistency of the tissues surrounding it.

EFFECT: inventions group makes it possible to ensure adequate restoration of the functions of the replaced valve, to increase the service life, to prevent the recurrence of endocarditis with the formation of abscesses; reduce the number of possible postoperative blood loss and ensure hemostasis.
