FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: process to obtain vaccine includes reproduction of virus in cellular culture, its inactivation, isolation, addition of protamine sulfate, purification and sorption upon aluminium hydroxide. At the stage of viral reproduction, one should add chicken extract into culture medium. Addition of protamine sulfate is carried out into unpurified inactivated culture medium without preliminary purification. Concentration of inactivated virus is conducted due to ultrafiltration after purification of culture medium by centrifuging. Purification of concentrated virus is performed due to chromatography upon porous silica. Chromatographically purified fraction is controlled for the content of total protein and proteins of chicken embryo, diluted with buffer solution in accordance to its antigenic activity to use in obtaining the sorbed vaccine. Concentration of proteins in chicken embryo in purified vaccine semifinished product does not exceed 1 mcg/vaccine dose. Vaccine obtained due to above-mentioned method contains minimum amount of proteins of chicken embryo and has improved antigenic properties. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 7 cl, 4 ex
