SUBSTANCE: method deals with increased cellular genic expression due to introduction of gene-expressing vector into the cell and addition of pharmacologically efficient dose of glucocorticoid into the mentioned cell at the amount sufficient to increase cellular expression of the mentioned gene, where the present gene does not depend upon a promoter free of glucocorticoid- reactive element.
