FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel substituted bicyclic compounds of the general formula (I): R1-A-D-E-G-L-R2 (I) where R1 means naphthyl or residue of the formulas: or where a = 1 or 2; R3 means hydrogen atom, C2-C6-alkenyl, C1-C6-alkyl or C1-C6-acyl and all said ring systems and residues are unsubstituted or substituted heminally if necessary with one or some similar or different substituents taken among the group: halogen atom, carboxyl, hydroxy-group, phenyl, C1-C6-alkoxy- -group, group of the formula -(CO)b-NR4R5 where b = 0 or 1; R4 and R5 are similar or different and independent each of other mean hydrogen atom, phenyl, C1-C6-acyl, C4-C7-cycloacyl, benzene-C1-C6-alkyl and other dialkyl- amino-groups where alkyl comprises 1-6 carbon atoms; A and E are similar or different and mean linkage or C1-C4-alkylene; D means -O- or residue of the formula -S(O)c- or -N(R9)- where c = 1,2; R9 means hydrogen atom, C1-C6/ -alkyl; L means -O-, and others; G means twice linked aryl with 6-10 carbon atoms or twice linked 5-7-membered aromatic heterocycle containing up to 3 heteroatoms taken among order: sulfur, nitrogen and/or oxygen that can be substituted with one or some similar or different substituents; R2 means C6-C10-aryl or 5-7-membered saturated or aromatic heterocycle containing up to 3 heteroatoms taken among order: sulfur, nitrogen and/or oxygen that can be substituted with one or some similar or different substituents but with exception for compounds of the formula (I) where R1 means naphtha-1-yl that is unsubstituted or substituted at position 3-Cl with C1-C4-alkyl and at position 4 with chlorine atom or phenyl; A and E mean a linkage; D means -O-; G means 1,4-phenyl that is unsubstituted or substituted with C1-C4-alkyl; L means -; R2 means CH3 and with exception for the compound m-bis- -(1-naphthyloxy)benzene. Invention describes also intermediate compounds of the formula (II): R1-A-D-E-G-M-H where M means -O-, -N(R32)- where R32 means hydrogen atom, C1-C4-alkyl; and intermediate compounds of the formula (XV): R48-SO2-(CH2)h-U-(CH2); -CR49R50-CF2-R51 where R48 is Cl; R49, R50 are similar and mean hydrogen, fluorine atom; R51 means fluorine atom; U means a linear linkage; h = 1, 2; I = 1 under condition that if h = 1 then R49 and R50 mean hydrogen atom; if h = 2 then R49 and R50 mean fluorine atom.
