FIELD: organic chemistry, polymers. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions used for preparing rigid isocyanurate urethan foam plastics. Invention describes composition for preparing rigid isocyanurate urethan foam plastic comprising isocyanurate component, catalyst of trimerization, emulsifying agent, trichloroethyl phosphate and halogen-containing hydrocarbon. Composition comprises solution of mixture of dioxidiphenylsulfone dipotassium salt with potassium phenolate in ethylene glycol as catalyst of trimerization taken in the ratio = 1 : (0.8-1.1) : (2.5-3.5), respectively, and mixture of organosilicon block-copolymer and phosphoric acid di- -(alkylpolyethylene glycol)ester as emulsifying agent taken in the mass ratio = 1 : (15-20), respectively. Said composition ensures to enhance refractoriness of prepared foam plastics and retain their physical-mechanical indices. Composition can be used for preparing heat-insulating coatings and articles with enhanced refractoriness used in building, machine engineering, ship building, refrigeration engineering, power engineering.
