FIELD: insulating materials. SUBSTANCE: isocyanouratourethan foam plastic is prepared by mixing of tall oil interaction product with triethanolamine with molecular mass 270-480 at OH-group content 7-17% with polyisocyanate excess following by frothing. Perfluorinated amines or perfluorinated hydrocarbons (boiling point is 20-78 C) were used as frothing agent. Method is performed in the presence of trimerization catalyst and surface-active substance. EFFECT: improved method of foam plastic preparing. 1 tbl
