FIELD: water development works. SUBSTANCE: facility includes load chamber with drum of film and guiding chamber coming in the form of curvilinear narrowing and rectilinear sections with tension rollers. Upper face of rectilinear section of guiding chamber extends above ground level and its lower face with bent has sliding skids. Corrugated sheet with surfaces having shape of spreading system of waves with angle of inclination towards horizon β<90° are so attached to walls of curvilinear and rectilinear sections of guiding chamber that crests of waves of one sheet coincide with troughs of waves in another sheet. Each corrugated sheet is divided into two parts unequal in height, waves proper have asymmetrical profiles in cross-section. Each front part along direction of movement of running film has sloping extended surface and each rear part has steep shortened surface. System of spreading waves makes it feasible to stretch film upwards and downwards in cross direction of guiding chamber. Vessel with adhesive fluid fitted with flat springy nozzle housing conduit of variable section passing to capillary conduit with angle of attack γ>90° with reference to bent edge of film laid before is positioned at start of rectilinear section of guiding chamber and allows completely tight self-packed joints of multiformation diaphragm to be formed.
