FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method deals with incorporation of antigen into liposomal membrane, introduction of detected substance inside liposomes, carrying out lysis at the presence of antigen-specific antibody and detection of analyte's quantity in sample according to the output of detected substance out of lyzed liposomes. Moreover, one should incorporate, at least, two antigens into liposomal membrane, and detection of different antigens in sample should be carried out by performing a number of reactions of complement- dependent lysis with different, specific to antigens under detection, antibodies. EFFECT: increased number of immunodiagnostic methods. 2 dwg, 6 ex, 2 tbl
