FIELD: immunology. SUBSTANCE: new method of luminescent immunoanalysis characterized in that sample was added with antibodies labelled by two luminescent compounds one of which was donor, par example, fluoresceine isothiocyanate, and the other was acceptor, for example, metal complex of porphyrin. Next, said sample was treated with sodium sulfite and luminescence was registered with delay between instants of excitement and recording, said delay being equal to time of attenuation of process of luminescence of porphyrin metal complex.
