FIELD: immunology. SUBSTANCE: method deals with preparation of complex diagnostic kit representing the mixture of Brucella S- and R-antigens at 1-3 : 1-3 ratio, its contact with material under testing - blood serum - at the presence of test system and registration of reaction results. The most optimal ratios are those of S- and R-antigens being either 1:1 or 1:3. Application of the present method enables to simultaneously detect specific brucellosis antibodies to Brucella S- and R-variants without any decrease in specificity and sensitivity of reaction.
