Immune serum exhausted by a specific antigen looses ability to protect homologous erythrocytes from their lysis with hemolitic poisons or hemotoxins. Detection of an antigen of the originator of disease in an investigated material is made by registration of lysis of homologous erythrocytes by a hemolitic poison - bile - after attrition of diagnostic immune serum by a required antigen. Along with it detection of antibodies in investigated blood serum of the patient after its attrition by a known antigen is possible.
EFFECT: reception of simple and accessible method of diagnostics of infectious diseases.
