FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: hopper apparatus has movable wall, discharge device and drive. Upon actuation of apparatus, movable wall and discharge device are simultaneously lowered by drive. Discharge device valves come into contact with fertilizer to open orifices. Pressurized fresh air is supplied through said openings for gripping fertilizer and feeding it into discharge slot. Fertilizer particles are further delivered onto tilt board with following distributing of said particles over soil surface. Apparatus may be used for application of difficult-to-flow materials. EFFECT: increased efficiency by uniform feeding of bulk materials. 4 dwg
