FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is manufactured from ceramic material produced on the basis of aluminum containing not less than 99.5% by mass of aluminum oxide, 0.15-0.4% by mass of magnesium oxide, not more than 0.1% by mass silicon oxide and not more than 0.05% of iron oxide. The endoprosthesis has monolith structure with no open porosity and water absorption. Ceramic material density is equal to 3.80-3.98 g/cub.cm, bending strength is equal to 150-750 Mpa. Endoprosthesis of the set are manufactured from ceramic material containing not less than 99.5% by mass of aluminum oxide, 0.15- 0.4% by mass of magnesium oxide, not more than 0.1% by mass silicon oxide and not more than 0.05% of iron oxide.
