FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves using composed implant containing porous matrix and dense composition having the porous matrix produced from porous ceramic material. The dense composition has bone cement or bone glue or alloplant or dense ceramic material or other dense biocompatible material filling or covering pores of one or several superficial layers of porous matrix. The implant has porous matrix and dense composition. The porous matrix is produced from porous ceramic material. The dense composition has bone cement or bone glue or alloplant or dense ceramic material or other dense biocompatible material filling or covering pores of one or several superficial layers of porous matrix. The dense composition is put into one or several superficial layers of porous matrix on the contact side of the material after its being implanted with soft tissues. The ceramic material pores are open in the direction of implant contact with bone or cartilage tissue after being implanted.
