FIELD: medicine; ophthalmology.

SUBSTANCE: iris is fixed with tension to the sclera by means of a suture clamp with thickening at the ends. Dialysis is punctured and the needle is taken out on sclera at 1.5 mm from the limb, the thread is removed, the needle is immersed back into the anterior chamber, dialysis is punctured in a similar way on the other side, and the needle and the second end of the suture are brought out onto the sclera. Needle is removed from the anterior chamber, bent at angle of 45 degrees, two pockets 1.5 mm long and 1 mm deep are formed above the points of the ends of the suture from the limb, suture is threaded into the needle, delivered scleral and brought out to the first formed pocket. Suture is pulled up to the required attraction of the iris to the sclera and cut off, the end of the suture is fused with tension of the iris to form a thickening in the form of a spherical formation, which is flattened, and the obtained thickening is immersed into the scleral pocket, in a similar way, the needle with the second end of the suture is delivered to the second pocket and the suture is cut off with its tension and the second thickening is formed by fusing the suture to a spherical formation, which is flattened and immersed into the scleral pocket.

EFFECT: method enables reducing risks of postoperative complications and reducing eye tissue injuries.
