FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming corneal paracentesis. Iris defect border is sutured through the paracentesis along the defect zone boundary. Sclera incision is carried out 4mm far from the limb under thread to 0.5 mm depth. Two canals are built from the middle part of incision into the anterior chamber. Thread ends suturing iris defect border are pulled through the produced canals towards the sclera surface. The thread ends are joined and torn edge of the iris is pulled towards its root. The thread ends are tied in knot and placed into the sclera incision. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of anterior chamber repair. 5 dwg
