SUBSTANCE: invention proposes novel compounds of the formula (I) where R¹ and R² are a lower alkyl; R³ at position 3, 4 or 5 of phenyl ring is H, halogen atom, lower alkyl; R⁴ is H, lower alkyl; X bound with heterocycle at position 4 or 7 means NH or O, or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts presenting hydrochloride or methanesulfonic acid salt. Invention describes three different methods of their synthesis, a pharmaceutical preparation showing activity of inhibitor of gastric acid secretion, method of inhibition of gastric acid secretion, method of treatment of gastroenteric inflammatory diseases or states caused by infection of mucosa of mammal with Helicobacter pylori.
