FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves dividing UHF-oscillator electromagnetic signal between individual radiators mounted in a way allowing to adjust their positions relative to hyperthermia treatment object by multiprobe power take-off from partially loaded wave guide or resonator unit using a system of magnetic or electric probes of variable coupling coefficient connected to the wave guide or resonator at points remote from the neighboring probes at a distance of d = nλ/2±λ/2, where n= 1,2,3: is an integer, λ is the wavelength in the wave guide. Probes coupling coefficient change value is controlled within the limits of 0 to 100% of power taken-off from UHF-oscillator. Waveguide or resonator load is set for absorbing 0 to 100% of power taken-off from UHF-signal oscillator.
