FIELD: mechanical engineering; automobile engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has housing with branch pipes for delivery of cooling liquid from engine and for bypassing, and radiator with two valves installed inside housing and secured on rod coupled with control unit whose input is connected with engine temperature transmitter. Rod is installed in solid filler space for interaction with solid filler. Solid filler can interact with thermoelectric coolerheater connected to output of control unit. Device is furnished additionally with load pickup installed on engine and coupled with control unit through comparator. Moreover, device contains thermoelectric generator installed on exhaust pipe of engine whose hot junctions are located in engine exhaust pipe and cold junctions are connected with engine cooling system. Thermoelectric generator is coupled with supply unit of thermoelectric cooler-heater. EFFECT: possibility of maintaining optimum temperature at transient loads. 2 cl, 1 dwg
