FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making incisions in sclera in radial direction or concentrically with respect to limb. Drains being T- shaped in particular cases and manufactured from porous polymer materials are introduced into the incisions. The drains are positioned between the ciliary body and sclera. When using T- shaped drains, the horizontal part of a drain is placed between the ciliary body and sclera and the vertical portion is left if scleral incision. After introducing drains, flexible films manufactured from porous material are placed over the incisions. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in building intraocular fluid discharge paths and reducing intraocular pressure. 3 cl, 2 dwg
