FIELD: machine engineering, namely assembling production. SUBSTANCE: apparatus for orienting and assembling parts includes pneumatic-swirl oscillation source having housing with nozzles; and pipeline for supplying compressed air to nozzles. Nozzles are directed along line tangential relative to flanged sleeve mounted in housing of oscillation source. Electret type electromechanopneumatic transducer is arranged in pipeline and it is connected with electronic system. The last has two photodiodes, one-shot multivibrator, inverter, flip-flop, logic multiplier, amplifier and two light sources. One photodiode illuminated by one light source is arranged over flanged sleeve and it is connected with inlet of one-shot multivibrator and with one inlet of flip-flop. Outlet of one-shot multivibrator through inverter is connected with one inlet of logic multiplier, outlet of flip-flop is connected with another inlet of logic multiplier. Outlet of the last is connected to inlet of amplifier. Outlet of amplifier is connected with control plates of electret type electromechanopneumatic transducer. Second photodiode is arranged under flanged sleeve, it is illuminated by second light source and connected with second inlet of flip-flop.
