FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: production of vodka called "Otchii dom" involves preliminary preparation of alcohol-water mixture bearing in mind obtaining commercial vodka with concentration 40% using as starting materials rectified ethanol "Lux" and drinking water. Sugar in the form of 65.8-% sugar syrup is charged into adjustment tank. Infusion of flax seeds is prepared by single digestion in water-alcohol mixture. Resulting solution is thoroughly mixed and passed through carbon refinement battery with filtration rate up to 40 dal/h (fresh carbon) or up to 30 dal/h (regenerated carbon). Thus obtained vodka is charged into adjustment tank, into which ascorbic acid dissolved in corrected water is then "Frulact" dissolved in hot corrected water are added. First-discharge water-alcoholic infusion of flax seeds is filtered and poured into adjustment tank. Contents of the latter are agitated, adjusted, if needed, and bottled after obligatory control filtration. Obtained vodka contains the following ratio of ingredients per 1000 dal: carbohydrate module "Frulact", 4.5-5.5 kg; ascorbic acid, 0.09-0.15 kg; first-discharge water- alcoholic infusion of flax seeds, 1-2 l; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 11-12 l; rectified ethanol "Lux" and drinking water in amounts ensuring 40% alcohol concentration. EFFECT: enlarged assortment of low-toxicity storage-stable vodkas with antiradiation and hepatoprotecting properties with elevated biological and nutritive values. 1 tbl, 3 ex
